Like a kid again, six girls away from the city.
In the plane ride, listening to Broken from Lifehouse. Just the exact feeling when I left the 1800 sq feet unit on Sunday.
A trip planned two months ago, nothing but alcohol, sun, beach and girls. I could foresee the amount of highs and lows from the alcohol, silly laughs and probably tears of miserable loneliness.
A silly friend left his debit card and cash intentionally in my grey bag. Feeling appreciated and treasured. A trust he holds in me should not be taken granted for.
Champagne bottles and tequila shots, drowning on you.

I think he learned a lesson. Never fly drunk, he was pissed from the night before in Bangkok.

Our stay in Aseania Resort, I would definitely not recommend this resort.
It’s old of the oldest hotels in Langkawi, its infested with ants and flies. If not for the longest pool, which we’ve only used once, I think I wouldn’t want to go back there again.
Breakfast buffet is boring and repetitive – 5 times breakfast, we had the same thing, either nasi goreng or mee goreng, then baked beans and the typical eggs. In addition, I think the person-in-charge at the front counter was an idiot. If you have a full dining room and ran out of seats, STOP accepting breakfast coupons and get the guests to come back 30 mins later.
Wifi was supposed to be available in the lobby but nope, it didn’t work.
Laundry service was horrid, I called the housekeeping at least 3 times to collect the clothes and yet after an hour still no show. I threw the bloody laundry bag at the front desk and told them how slow they were, no apologies given. Plus, it took them over 40 mins to deliver the laundry after I had to call them and ask them where’s the laundry after more than 24 hours sending them off to dry clean. How bad could it get?

I think the only good side of the hotel was it’s near both Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah. The intersection is convenient to head to any direction from where we stayed. AND this mini market. I’ve bought 9 bowls of instant noodles on arrival and we finished them all

I’m twenty and sadly to admit, Langkawi, I never tasted you. My first trip to this cheap duty-free island! I’m surely looking forward to the sunshine and the very obvious, BOOZE!
Bikinis, beach and sunshine again. 6 days baby! So you peeps in Malaysia have a great long weekend, I’ll be busy pumping myself with Guinness Stout and VODKA!
Oh.. and I would really appreciate if you would share some good things to do/see/eat there.

ps. I’ve updated a new poll, do yourself a favour and answer them!
